    Wierd thing pheasant hunting yesterday.

    We were walking a large patch of CRP, when a mallard hen flushed out of the tall grass. The nearest water was at least 300 yards away.

    It looks like it comes with everything you need. I know PSE make good bows, but I am new to crossbows. It says 345fps with up to 106 quinetic pounds of energy. Was wondering if this would work for OK for deer hunting? I have shoulder issues and maybe headed this way, so I have started...

    What is everyone's opinion on the new Winchester Model 70 rifles? And how do they compare to Browning X-Bolt and Remington 700 for quality and accuracy? Anyone have one or the Coyote Light model?

    I have a Browning X Bolt Long Range Hunter in 300 Win Mag and am considering trading it for a Remington 700 CDL Stainless Fluted in 300 Rum. Any thoughts? I already have one 300 Win Mag, with 24 inch barrel, so don't know if I gain enough with the Browning with 26 inch barrel?

    Is a 16 foot Crestliner Fishhawk too small for Lake Ashtabula?

    Someone told me today they wouldn't fish on Lake Ashtabula with a 16 foot boat, it is too small for that big a lake. We have never had any issues. Any thoughts?
