Tipping is getting out of hand

I know of a few like that which not sure I agree with because a server that busts their butt gets less and the lazy crabby attitude that messes with their phone in the corner gets a reward. Not sure what the best way to pay a hostess is

Tipping is getting out of hand

I average $5+ tip most times and that normally gets me to 15% lately, I don't eat out much and when I have been I'm by myself. It doesn't take much to get 15% out of me and 20% is a real possibility with decent service and good food.

I need a new vacuum sealer.

Max vac 250 like this? Got this one last year, it works fine, can't remember now what I paid at Scheels maybe it was the $150-175 range. I'm not a fan of the size but I can store things like marker and scissor in the top

    CBD OIL

I'm by no means an expert on the matter, heck I'm not even going to pretend I have any real knowledge about CBD. I just know that I have talked to people that take this or that and they say it works for them, good for them if it works. I have a buddy that got prescribed a low dose of CBD gummy...

I need a new vacuum sealer.

Where do you normally get your bags from. I have just made some from the rolls I got laying around for my regular vac sealer and they seem to work fine but should probably get the correct ones.

I need a new vacuum sealer.

Year or so ago I spent a little extra and got one from Scheels, cant remember if it was a Vac Master or LEM, anyways it works fine but it is bulky and for the extra money over a food saver I'm not that impressed. I feel like my old Food Saver did a better job before, this winter I added a...

    Baltimore bridge collapse

I'm just starting up a couple new to me customers and they already have 120,000+ sq ft of conc to pour in the Grand Forks surrounding area. They are two smaller companies that work with each other a lot, there is a reason they are investing in technology vs trying to hire more people because...

    Baltimore bridge collapse

Cripps I get minimum 80hrs every two weeks, average is probably 90hrs and busy season not uncommon to be 100-115hrs just depends. I have actually tried to cut back some so that I can spend time with my kids. I often think about trying to pick up some side money but think at what cost and what am...

    Baltimore bridge collapse

What do politicians have to do with where and what time these guys worked? Probably nothing. Those workers probably sought employment, got hired and were doing the job they were hired for. Do we know the job they were performing was even risky in the first place? When I was a surveyor there were...

    I'm in the market

Outside of when your firing pin doesn't set when you close the action. Bought a cheap O/U that I've sent in to see what is wrong, barely had a box of shells through it. As long as its taken care of under warranty not such a huge deal as long as it doesn't happen again I guess

    Minnesota fishing trip recommendations

Used to do a fair amount of bass fishing on Lizzy with my buddy, his family has a little cabin on the west side of the lake. Used to catch lots of rock bass drifting across the lake on a big flat just fan casting, mimic minnow with a spinner attached worked great for a long time.

The list of "have not dabbled" is probably shorter than the "dabbled" if I were to guess.

    Candace Owens, YouTube..

^^^Absolutely^^^ I would like to see what would happen if we were to just stop overnight helping/meddling in other affairs around the country. Sure there are probably things we have screwed up but what about the good things we have done and probably never have/never will get any form of payback...

    Eating fish eggs

I've tried to feed some perch eggs to my dogs and the farm cats, they don't really eat them. My old lab used to love getting perch eggs while I cleaned fish.

    Eating fish eggs

Kickumup and I tried some perch eggs once and weren't that impressed, maybe we didn't cook them right. They were eatable when chased with some beer but then again I think many things can become appetizing with the right amount of liquid courage. I would try them again if I was with someone who...

    Snowpocalypse

I wonder how accurate harvest numbers are? I know when I did a little bit of it I never reported how many birds I shot, then again I didn't really shoot that many either.

    Minnesota fishing trip recommendations

Not to hijack but for Lakers through the ice for a guy with minimal gear, what would some good options be? Vexilar FLX-30 and tackle but no snowmobile, SxS, or reliable winter 4wheeler
