    Rowdie I've noticed that. I haven't caught a keeper walleye yet. We did catch two 13 inch perch two weekends ago. Should've spun around a lock on that spot.

    Nothing for me, wife got a doe, kid got a buck, and uncle got a buck. I will also be on bird/yote patrol this year.

    We went down by Fort Yates. It was plenty deep. You just have to pay attention with all the trees sticking out of the water. We might go all the way to the border the next time we go down.

    Addiction

    Addictions are a SOB. I smoked for many years and finally kicked the habit about 8 years ago. In addition, I drank pretty heavy for a few years and also cut that way back. Now the only thing I'm addicted to is my family and the great outdoors.

    On Sunday we put in at the low level ramp (I believe it's called Jennerville). Ramp is good and they've started putting gravel down. We caught five 8-10 inch walleye, one catfish, one drum, and two white bass. We weren't out very long since it was a bit choppy and my daughter gets motion sickness.
