Cabins for rent in unit 4B?

Does anyone know of any cabins for rent in deer unit 4B? Not finding any on google searches.

There is the Buffalo Gap Guest Ranch - they have the lodge and I believe separate cabins along with camp sites, just across the river to the east is the Wannagan Creek Cabins for rent. That is all I know of so far.
