    That is (or hopefully will be) pretty sweet. We used to go to Vermont every June for fishing and always picked up a gallon or 3 from farmers my uncle knew, good stuff. My father in law got his from the Amish he knew. It was a very interesting process.

    2 parts pancake mix and 1 part cornmeal. Soak meat in beer for a few minutes, toss into dry mix in ziploc bag to coat.

    I have not been out in a couple weeks, but hear 16 to 20 plus and there are some pressure ridges. If you can get to channel, should be able to pick fish on and off all day, on the flats it is a crap shoot with early and late best.
