    Trouble is with so many parcels the landowner is a trust based out of whoknowswhere or an absentee landowner that lives in another state. Hard to just start knocking on the nearest door to track down the right person in those cases.

    Even growing up in the mid-90s there were closed areas of the state where you couldn't hunt honkers, then the limit was one or two for some years. Remember shooting my first one in HS and thinking it was quite a deal. The norm got shifted a lot in the 2000s.

    Saw an article that people had to wait in their cars up to 5 hours to get into the place. Those complaining about $7 beers must not get out much. Not saying it’s not a ripoff, but shoot I think they’re at least that at even a Larks game. Think I paid 12 or so at a twins game this summer.
