    I bought a used boat last fall that had a Ulterra. The guy said this was the second one he has had and no issues. I haven't had any issues so far and hope it stays that way. I love it except for the spot lock sucks like people have mentioned.

    That is mainly for open water and suspended fish. You can use it in any lake but you will get more snags if you use it on the bottom.

    Not close to spawn yet. The majority of the fish are still on main lake structure. Historically majority of walleye spawn on Sak happens from May 10 through the end of May. I have caught female walleye on memorial day weekend full of eggs yet and I have caught males in early June milking still.
