    With a traeger --- i have both a traeger and pitt boss --- pitt boss hits 500 degrees barely, the traeger doesnt come close to the pitt boss. Again were talking 900 degrees. I am not interest in oven traeger talk. I am looking for people that own the outdoor pizza ovens.

    as far as getting the fire hot --- the ooni i used was faster to get hot than a traeger by a mile. Pizza taste is awesome. Whatever that heat does it seals in the taste somehow that makes it outstanding.

    These are not your traeger or oven pizzas ------ these things cook fast and they are to die for. 900 degrees. 60-90second pizzas. Homemade and yummy with a slight smoke flavor flave.

    the big money bass tourneys -- Elite and Major League limit the hp to 250 about 75mph or so on a 21footer. Walleye tourneys are the wild wild west ---they are still put lead down the throats and use dog kennnels -- 600hp is not unreasonable. Hell you gotta be the first one to the kennel...
