    Glacier National Park

    Stay in whitefish! It's 20 miles away and the rooms are much cheaper. Plus it's a beautiful little town with some good places to eat downtown!

    Nerf Bars...

    had some Laverne ones, sprayed them with rhino liner, it worked great until they rusted out from the inside...Im not sure what happened, I can only assume that when the liner was sprayed on, the bars weren't completely dry. Just something to watch out for.

    rather than pulling the slab of ice from your hole completely out of the hole, I just push the chunk under the ice and slide away from the hole. That way you don't need the ice tongs.

    I walked out knowing that out of the channel was 4-6 inches, well I found the channel and it was only about 2.5....I fished and caught some fish but it was a little dicey....
