    my favorite dove spot is find a country cemetary that has a good adjoining field... then look at the fence that surrounds it... usually loaded with birds... then you just walk circles shooting at them as they zing past... and when you run out of shells go wire up a couple decoys to said fence...

    you should be fine running both of them, I have lowrance and 2 humminbird, like you said you just need to keep your frequencies different but if you are running only SI on that one your freq will already be different and you will only see interference with your 2d, and DI
