I might have to revise my prediction...river is up and dirty, I think it might be tough going, although I'm sure someone will still get some decent ones. Gonna be some struggles though
Have seen geese & ducks land on rooftops a few times in the Twin Cities. Saw a pair of geese land in a tree along the Missouri a couple times a few years ago.
Was out in my yard a couple evenings ago and heard a wood duck call. Sure enough, looked up in the big elm tree in my yard and had a pair of them sitting there. I live about half a mile SE of the capitol building in Bismarck, can't think of any real water near me so that was different.
But still plenty of guides up there, gotta wonder how much goes on under the table? No doubt ND ain't what it used to be just 15 years ago in regards to land access.
I've had my used boat for 6 years and the tires weren't new at that time. I've read some things that you should change the trailer tires out about every 6-7 years regardless of use and whether or not it's been stored inside. Do you find that to be accurate?
What brand of tires do you like for...
Wow, thought they'd be in the thick of it by now but the reports I looked at sounded bleak. Their forecast doesn't look good...highs in the 30s lows in the teens & 20s. Amazing how much different their weather is than ours in Bismarck. Went up there twice when I was in college at UND about 10...
Lots of good points in this discussion. I have no knowledge of the WF situation. No doubt it can be difficult to handle 100+ students without sometimes losing your cool, but certainly there are lines that you can't cross and there are ways to deal with misbehavior and laziness without being...
People really need to sit at the bottom of the ramp and let their trailers drain. Sure, it's another 30-60 seconds but come on. Won't entirely stop the ramp from getting icy but will limit most of it to the last 5 feet or so. Was only the 4th boat to put in at the rifle range on Sunday and...
Yup, looking at my bill from last spring's checkup was $200 for rabies booster, heartworm test, 3 doses of frontline (had some from previous year) and 6 doses of heartgard. Lab gets a kick out of going to the vet at least...
Well with it being that time of year for the dog's vaccinations and whatnot, just curious where people usually buy heartgard/frontline? Do you just get it from the vet or have you found someplace cheaper? Looking at my bill from last year Heartgard was about $9/dose and Frontline was about...
I imagine ND is the only state with 2 classes of basketball anymore. Even Wyoming has 4, with 12-20 teams in each class. Class B in ND has what, about 120 teams?
Kinda interesting info from ND preps/NDHSAA website...
