    Yes! I don't have a boat either, but the tailrace can be very active from shore, later in the fall. Right now, you might get into chinook, rainbow or brown trout, of course walleye, possibly pike, and certainly catfish. The west rocks are easier to access (you can park closer to the water)...

    Not bad advice.. Early one morning, I heard a guy who thought he was alone, singing to the fish. When I walked by, he startled, and was embarrassed, but said sometimes it helps. I'll give it a rip, next time.
