    MN is terrible for fishing? The DL area especially? Perhaps on the weekend it can be a little tough, but even the popular lakes like DL, Pelican, Sallie are excellent fishing lakes.

    I usually see a couple otters a year swimming in the English Coulee behind my house in Grand Forks. Fun to watch, I always see them in pairs, and they also seem to like to play around together. Very cool animals.
