making your own lake maps with Lowrance

I like using all sonar data, seems like it makes a better map with the sidescan information. Record on a separate SD card and keep each recording around a couple hours each. http://seacomm.ru/generic/uploaded/InsightGenesis-UserGuide.pdf

Early Fall Sucker Fishing for Musky (video)

It's not automatic by any means, but definitely more relaxing than casting all day. It's nice when its below freezing as your rod and reel don't get iced up near as much. Last weekend I used a couple suckers with the kids and wife, but the only musky came from casting.

Depends on how many trips you're merging and if you are using offset data. Can takes minutes, hours, or the longest for me was about a day. Autochart Live would be awesome, but I'm a huge Lowrance fan.

Record your sonar, upload to Insight Genesis, and wait for an e-mail telling you your map is done.

Early Fall Sucker Fishing for Musky (video)

If I get a state record it will go on the wall, otherwise I'm waiting for a 53" to do a replica. I know, I need to be more aware when I have the camera going. That's funny, svnmag, I just used some music I found on Youtube. Even these short videos take a while to edit, and after a while I'm...

    Ozonics

My buddy used to use an ozone air purifier in his house. I thought it smelled a little like bleach every time I walked into his house. Not a fan of the ozone smell at all.

    Wives

It's a wonder if most of you aren't divorced three times and/or don't get a lot of sex with the lack of respect shown towards the opposite sex. I almost feel sorry for you.......but not really.

    Yeti

It's all about the Yeti lifestyle, Ahab. ;) And the Flip 12 is way bigger than I thought it would be. I bought the RTIC lunchbox ($79 and free shipping) so it would fit in the back of a golf cart. But yeah, that flip is WAY overpriced......even for Yeti.

    Pellet grills in the rain?

Rain and wood pellets mixed will turn the stuff hard as concrete, and then you'll be swearing when you have to chip the auger mechanism out.

    Yeti

Huge Yeti fan, but this is getting ridiculous. The Yeti Brick, a 3/4 pound $49 bottle opener. Only available for a limited time! ;:;rofl That said, I did order a RTIC soft-sided cooler--the Lunchbox. Nice, but it is definitely no Yeti. The workmanship is nowhere close, and the "chemical"...

Thermocell fan here as well. Tommyboy showed me how to refill the butane cartridge for way less money than buying them.
