    When I worked for UND the "tax" rate that UND kept from every grant ranged from 25-40%. With over $100,000,000 coming in, that's up to forty million bucks that went towards the electric bill. Pretty sure that helps keep the lights on.

    I don't think this boat used such a device. Where's the trailer axle? A boat/trailer of that size has an axle wider than the bed of a 3/4 ton pickup. At least, every Lund I've ever seen of that size does. The axle should be above the pickup box, but I am just not seeing it.
