    Friday morning got on the water about 0830...jigged with minnows and plastics first 2 hours...only picked up 1. Switched to spinners with crawlers and minnows about 10...remaining fish caught that way. Night temps dropping big time Thu & Fri...guessing jigging will work just fine this weekend.

    Hey Fitz...have fished Audubon the last 2 weekends. Can't vouch for Totten Trail, but dock was in at 3 Mile Corner ramp this past Friday. Have done well the last 2 weeks still pulling spinners/smiley blades with minnows. Fish still kinda deep...16-25 fow...surface water temps 48-50. Time of day...

    The older I get the more I like it.

    70's rock...nothing comes close! Rush, Led Zeppelin, the Eagles, Pink Floyd, AC/DC...just amazing. But I will say there were several bands from the 90's that are damn good...starting with Pearl Jam. Their song "Black" is probably one is the best rock/melodic songs ever recorded...IMO of course.

    Doesn't it always seem to work out that way Tikk! Gal I work with has a semi-retired husband...he fished Parshall Bay area Wednesday...caught a 2 man limit and then some. The wife and I gonna take the grandson to Sak State Park tomorrow morning...SE wind, we can stay in the bays on the south...

    Hey Short...yea right now looks like it is gonna warm up a pinch next week...got the grandson coming up from Nebraska Friday...gonna be staying with us for a few months while his mom goes overseas-hoping I can get him out on the water a few times in October!

    The wife and I were on the water about 0830 this morning...used jigs/minnows first 2 hours-caught 3 dink walleye - 1 smallie - 1 perch, switched over to spinners/crawlers...caught 4 more walleye, 2 more perch - all fish caught between 12 and 20 fow - water temps 57-59.

    If you decide to go to Audubon, make sure you are going thru the channels and around the humps slowly...till you learn where those shallow spots are hiding!
