    Does you employer pick up part of that tab, it seems cheap. Two years ago I was paying $800+ per month for 3 of us. We switched back to insurance through my wifes job but as far as the advertised rate increase goes with 4 of us now we would be well over $1100 per month.

    Of course it depends on service for the most part but I usually stay above 25%-30%. It's just one of those things when you are around that sort of business that's kinda what happens. I also try and tip in cash whenever possible. And in a hotel I usually leave a 20 on the bed when I leave.
