    This is not “Unprecedented” in TX as so many in the news are claiming. There have been lower temps recorded. The ONLY thing “unprecedented” about what’s going on in TX right now is that there is an unprecedented number of people totally unprepared for weather below 32F ambient.

    From Customs and Border Patrol website: They don't specifically mention primers or powder. I don't believe I'd be on that particular tight-rope myself. Probably worth a stop @ the airport in Forks or Minot or the US side of any border crossing before trying to bring powder or primers back.
