oh great...dang they keep coming out with " just have to have it " kinda stuff...just like new lures, line, reels, etc. Its no wonder the ice fishing industry is so huge...they do a good job catching fisherpersons!
The wife and I are headed to the Dominion Republic next week. I will have to do some scientific studies on the effects of winter kill with the fish down there.#$%^&> Perhaps I will have to do some reading on the subject whilst sipping on a beverage under a cabana.
Buddy of mine and I are going. Probably down by where we used to own a hunting shack, McClusky area. I am sure the snow will suck but would like to end the season with a few more ditch parrots in the freezer.
I think they do better in colder temps rather than some of those ungodly warm temps we had in Nov. and last year opener. Besides.. I get cold also so excursions out of the truck will be short and hopefully sweet. haha I have one of those vests to put on her as well.
Like always though.. no...
Yet another Rooster season has come and almost gone. Although the snow conditions are less than desirable, I will be darned if I will miss the last weekend, especially since this may be the last go round with my 11 yr old blind and darn near deaf Springer. He may just be going along for the ride...
At least 4 more years of liberal TV news slamming the Donald. Sick of it already. Ready to puke. Time to learn a new hobby instead of listening to the bashing.
This. Should be able to get one for under $200. Sold mine earlier this winter for $150. Was at least 20 yrs old. Nothing wrong with it. Started like a charm every time but never used the last 3 yrs as I upgraded to k drill with Milwaukee. Use the money you save by buying an old model 30 jiffy...
GPS or no GPS, some lakes should NOT to be messed with at nite or poor visibility conditions. Miss your track back by even a few feet on one side or the other could be hazardous.
Whilst waiting at the boat landing dock holding the boat while my buddy returned from parking the trailer, a boat comes up to the landing back from fishing. I was attempting to trade pleasantries.... how you guys doing? have any luck? Any particular depth, location? To which the one fella says...
I am of the camp that nature/ life can be brutal. Feeding, if done incorrectly, can do more harm than good. Could make them dependent on handouts. Humm..that could be political.#$%^&>
What is this tablet and phone you speak of? Dang we are quick to revert to electronics now a days. Bored, you say son? Here try fishing with this? I brought a football...go play with that. etc etc.:;:stirthepot
SOOO..shot from a plane then? My original statement said any coyotes shot. I didn't specify shot from a specific mode of transportation. At any rate...just tossing out options to banter back and forth.
Wouldn't a viable option be to pay a premium price on any coyotes shot and turned in at specific locations through out the state the next say 2 months help? Sort of like a 2 month bounty. Just a thought.
ahhhh you asked for his characters name on Gilligan's island...his character's name on the show was skipper.. at any rate, I wouldn't have minded being stranded on a island with Mary Ann.. haha
