    This sounds like a real neat idea. I see in blue plate country a local bait shop provides this info. Might be good if local bait shops here in ND did the same type of thing.

    No they aren't the same. Big buddy can accept a 1lb propane bottle on both sides. Mr. Heater just one. 9000 BTU versus 18,000.

    I just attach mine to the one side as well. I will look tonite what connector it is. That being said, I don't use the 20# all that often. Some people like visiting Starbucks daily for their $5-$6 coffee, I prefer to spend my money on little green propane bottles.Thumbs Up

    My almost 2 yr old pup/dog and I plan to get out a couple more times before the close of pheasant season to hopefully drop a few roosters before they freeze to death.:cool: Will for sure bring the snowshoes. This bird season has been going by way to quickly and that makes me sad and my pup also.

    I agree with this. I bought the clam plate mid season last year. I believe I made a good decision. I don't necessarily think it is a must have though.

    Milwaukee is recommended because I guess they are the only brand with the all metal chuck and their batteries are longer lasting in colder weather. I do see on kdrill website they are recommending a certain dewalt and Makita as well, that must be new as it used to be just Milwaukee.
