Crestliner Vision 1600 Vs. Tracker Pro Guide V-16

tg23...I have a 2016 Tracker PG V16-WT...so far so good. I ordered mine with the 75 HP Merc...was only a thousand dollars more than the 60-thought it was a good investment. Can't speak for Crestliner, but Tracker comes with the trolling motor and 1 graph at the console. I had a second graph put...

Have they started pumping water into Audubon yet?

Yes...they have...I launched from 3 Mile Corner 2 weeks ago...water quite low, went back last Saturday...level was up probably 2 feet. Not sure how much more it has come up since then. Friend told me they got the dock in at Totten Trail as well.

2016 Tracker Pro Guide V-16 SC

I bought a 2016 Tracker Pro Guide V16-WT...had it out on the water twice so far...love it! I got the 75HP motor...can get a 60, 75, or a 90. Wasn't sure 60 would be enough, thought the extra $1,000 was worth having the 75. I had a smaller bass boat...wanted something a little more stable for...

    Audobon is 99% open

Yep...stopped in at Totten trail last Thursday...was surprised to see all open water...just shockingly low! Until they move over some water to the Audubon side, gotta be real careful if you go out. Maybe the dock will go in this week?

Will keep that in mind...thanks again! - - - Updated - - - Also looking forward to not having so many sunken islands to worry about. I learned real fast on Audubon to watch your graph and learn where those islands are located. Can go from 18 FOW to 18 inches pretty quick!

Gotcha...thanks for the response DM. Looking forward to exploring once she opens up. Bought a season vehicle pass for State Parks so kinda thought Stevenson ramps might be handy, but guessing they get crazy busy on the weekends?

I've never "boat" fished on the big lake. I owned a smaller bass boat...stuck to Lake Darling and Audubon. Recently I bought a deep V, will be heading out on Sakakawea this season. Just looking for any advice regarding easiest access ramps/boat traffic/bays to get familiar with Sakakawea. I ice...
