    I used high temp cheese and was not happy with the moisture it put in the meat. With summer sausage I put smoke to it for a about 4 hours then finish without and yes to the cure all sausage should have cure in it if u are going to smoke it.

    I'm part of that 65 degree club. Most of it is I don't like to push crp when it's that hot out. But I have the joy of being able to go out for an hour or 2 anytime I want in the mornings. I have no problem only doing one walk and going home.

    If it's going to hot out I'll only hunt till 10 or so. Then call it a day. I would say 60-65 is the max temp I will hunt my dog in.

    I wont add cheese anymore also. Only seasoning I have used is uncle joshs. I'm going to try the stuff Mossy came out with this year.

    When I had a well I used to clean birds and run water over them for a couple hours. Now I just cover with water and put in fridge over night.

    I like the navonics app that is all I have for a GPS and it hasn't let me down only down side is if u lose or break your phone u lose your way points.

    I don't have a 204. But I own 2 Howa one 223 and a 22-250. They are a little on the heavy side but shoot great.

    I had the same problem opening day for roosters. Hit my first 2 that day then took 5 for birds to get up at my feet before I dropped my 3rd.

    Rubber roofing will be lighter than tin I just had to install some 45mill rubber roofing on an attic access and was easy to do and it folds around corners nicely.
