    Not the case here. It's been a consistent problem here with cell phones. Gets better with wifi but I'm down in CO and using just the cell network and it gets timed out about 50% of the time.

    Big thing with this is the gravity of the bakken oil. The same light gasses in the oil that make trains blow up so nice become a huge asset in the case of a spill. The light compounds in the oil will evaporate in the first few days taking away about half the spill with it. What doesnt evaporate...
