    Seems the best pike method is to set a dead stick in the permanent, "fall asleep" (pass out), and wake up to a tangled mess of all your lines. Always an adventure when you're buzzed and 3/4 asleep.....give it a whirl! Basic crappie or walleye setup will work just fine.

    Anyone ever use homing pigeons to train pointing dogs? I have a buddy who has 2 GSP's and has taken on homing pigeons as new family members so he can train them without sacrificing the bird. Reuse them over and over.....any legitimacy to this? I looked on the University of Youtube and only...
