    No justification for having weed be higher than schedule 3. Caffeinated products should be listed 4 and tobacco should be schedule 3 also IMO.

    does shotgun include muzzleloader? What is the difference in range between a rifled shotgun with slug and a standard rifle? Id think with shotguns being less accurate, that would increase risk a bit also, no? I just know Id be pissed of I was told I cant hunt with my rifles anymore....

    What is really scary IMO is privatized prisons, its a new form of government sponsored slavery... Would really like to see that trend reversed, unfortunately they are pumping money into our political system so it will be hard to eliminate now.

    Im not a fan of this 'compassionate care' act. If you read the fine print, its basically a 'put a lot of money into the pockets of the bills creators act', severely limiting peoples ability to grow their own meds and excessive restrictions about who can become an authorized care provider.
