    busted skag

You could just trade me boats, you would feel no remorse banging my old tub of a rock or two, but you may leave the transom and motor behind. And your ol' boat will fair very well in my driveway, and there is beer for you when you come and visit it.

So when you are burying your dutch oven in the coals and putting coals on top... do you put more wood on at some point or is there a nearby fire you rob coals from?

    Drunk Guy Rides Moose

If he would have gotten much further up on the head where ol' mama moose could get a bite, I bet that would hurt like a bugger. Young dumb, glad they didn't have the internet when I was growing up

NAFA SALE!!! Time to make some money!!!............maybe.

After you skin them, you flesh then stretch, correct? Do you put anything on them like salt? Wash them? Freeze them? I did some foxes 20 odd years ago that had the tails rot and I am not sure what ever happened to the rest of them.

    Gardening

Pulling weeds in the garden this morning and had a discussion with the old ball & chain. What to do with the weeds after you pull them. She throws them over the neighbors fence. Not as bad as it sounds, it is a pasture that he hays and then moves cows into during the winter. I inform...

    Drunk Guy Rides Moose

If it would have been in deep water or continued into deep water, I could see the moose being hurt. But need to punish bad behavior none the less. Would have been interesting if the ride would have gone into shallower water for longer.

New FBO in "a few days"

Do websites have a lifespan? Most have seen the "story" about democracy and how it goes to stages and dies off after a time. Reading this thread made me wonder if a similar phenomenon happens to websites, especially the stage where the know it all, long winded, blowhards rain down 7000 word...

    sakawea pipeline?

Oh come on oldguywhogripeses, lets discuss the errors before they become compounded - - - Updated - - - I would be willing to bet it all, that a pipeline of this size and high profile would have all the bells and whistles. The oil is very valuable to the pipeline company, remember the oil...

    sakawea pipeline?

I wonder if it would be sitting on the bottom or under the lake bed? or maybe suspended. No matter where it is, there will be risks. A pipeline in conjunction with a bridge would be neat, especially if the pipeline owner paid for the bridge, but a leak there would be the same as in the...

    sakawea pipeline?

Is it going to replace an older pipeline? That would seem good. Literally ruined forever? May want to look into the facts of the matter before you do a public freak out dance.

    Wolves in Stanley?

I assumed they were dogs, but found it funny on FB. Wasn't sure if my eyes were the reason the picture didn't seem clear, so I put it on here for amusement and let some better eyes check it out. I saw a couple dogs last night in Stanley and laughed out loud as they were not even close to wolf...
