    Their fish can get big but unfortunately for most people over there they just don't have many places they can fish especially in great Britain thus why they love carp so much. The bait looks good but I love how a less complicated lure ends up costing more!

    Actually they were well west of normal. Red is the normal path blue is lake oahe and the blob between them normally would be along the james. The whole roscoe and ipswich area is turning into major staging points now days.

    The last recorded real run of smelt on the north dakota side of oahe was back in 96. This year there are around thirty million smelt in the lake compared to the one billion back in 96 so needless to say don't hold your breath. Mind you the smelt run sucked!
