    or just eat a normal diet of non processed fresh whole foods and exercise 30 minutes a day and drink a gallon of water. I do intermittent fasting to its called sleeping at night.

    we used to do full combat tip up fishing while younger that was actually fun. A few times the first guy just held on and as he slid across the ice from getting run over the fish just flew out of the hole

    One thing i like about the pit boss is the opening to get flame so it cuts the smoke way back. It is right there with charcoal than the while its closed.
