    Red Dawn was a formative show for me. I never hated anyone until seeing that movie, then the Russkies were the bad guys, for sure. Also a deeply meaningful show, Convoy. Loved it.

    Win! Very much laffs. I think that Patagonia, just like The North Face USED TO BE, was good tech clothing. Used to be fairly exclusive. You'd find it in real camping/climbing/gear-centric stores. Now it's mostly worn by soccer-moms. Don't get me wrong, it's still ridiculously expensive...

    You imbibe in great moderation though, which is something that was beyond me. I have had very little foot/joint pain since I gave up the sauce. For the record, Bacardi and ribeyes did tend to make me limp. But then again, I all but bathed in it.

    This one ^^^^^, is the light bulb going on. I too have figured out that most people don't care about what I do. Not only should I not care about their perceptions of me, but I used to spend more time thinking about what they're thinking about me, than thinking about what I was actually doing.

    My two cents. I think that pretty much the whole world sits around on it's hands, waiting for the US to fix things. If it gets bad enough, and we don't do anything, then Russia and China will tap him on the shoulder and make him sit down.
