    You're exactly right. If you can deek em on top of you, it won't matter. Under 30 yards and my 20 gauge will work. Though where I hunt, if you decoy them, they won't come back there for a while. We do it, but I love having the range of my 10g. Pass shooting them is best to keep them around...

    10 gauge baby! T's n F's in 3.5 inches shot out of 32" barrels ...side by side. Bought my ammo online by the case. Fastest ammo I've heard of.

    I've had about the same luck with shiver minnows as jigging raps, which isn't much. I just have a hard time with at least not putting a minnow head on it. I'm probably not jigging them right. Not sure I've ever tried them with no bait.

    These are the days where I NEED to be able to jump in the lake. I need to get a ladder btw. Shade also helps a lot. I've had some really fun days on the water in the heat back when I had access to a pontoon.

    I wonder how many seconds the PWC traveled before hitting the tubers? A lot of lessons to be learned. If I were pulling kids on a tube and there were people running PWC's I'd try to get away from them and be VERY alert to where there were in relation to the tubers. I've seen those things...
