    IMO, It seems like there are permanent shacks for just being out there and ones that are fishing shacks, set up for fishing. The ones that are lighter, easier to pull, but still provide a really warm environment, to fish in, seem the best. Zack-shacks come to mind or ones designed like them...

    Couldn't you just put the windows lower? Its always one thing that bothers me about permanents. Hardly any of them have windows you can see out of while sitting down. It always seems like the outside holes do better. Then if you move the shack, the fish will bite on the other holes, not sure...
