    dont need to put the scope on a rifle. Just dead center and if it has the true 60 moa of travel it should go 30 up and 30 down. it has been found more than once that cheap scopes dont match the specs they promise. a one inch tube with that much travel is out standing compared to established...

    run a box test on it to the upper and lower limits and see if it tracks true. I would be interested if it has a true 30 up from center
