    2021 F150 2.7 Ecoboost- Who's got one

Was it hard to find a 2.7? I look occasionally and it seems like there are very few of them on lots (plenty of 3.5s). Do they just sell out or are they not making many of them?

    Early goose season

Even growing up in the mid-90s there were closed areas of the state where you couldn't hunt honkers, then the limit was one or two for some years. Remember shooting my first one in HS and thinking it was quite a deal. The norm got shifted a lot in the 2000s.

    School Resource Officers

They might act similarly, but I'd want a cop around to take care of it. Not waiting 10 minutes for one to respond off of patrol.

    School Resource Officers

Pretty scary that even the cops can't legally deal with unruly kids in schools: MOORHEAD — After a change to Minnesota law, the Moorhead Police Department is pulling its school resource officers out of Moorhead Area Public Schools, the city said in a Thursday, Aug. 24, release. "Recent changes...

    Early goose help

99% are marked No Hunting in unharvested crop, but yeah kind of surprising that isn't just the default.

    Early goose season

Just drove Bismarck to Pick City, 1 field being combined by riverdale but otherwise no sign of harvest. Most fields looked ripe though so imagine there’ll be a fair amount off by the 15th

We fest 2023 223 go big or go

Saw an article that people had to wait in their cars up to 5 hours to get into the place. Those complaining about $7 beers must not get out much. Not saying it’s not a ripoff, but shoot I think they’re at least that at even a Larks game. Think I paid 12 or so at a twins game this summer.

    Twins on TV

From what I've read, the MLB app, MLBTV, whatever won't work since you're in their local market and it'll be blacked out (have read some things that a VPN may allow you to get around that but I'm no help there). Read something that Iowa has like 6 teams blacked out, idiotic that MLB allows that...

    Spray foam insulation

So is this stuff worth the price over fiberglass batts, etc? Recommended pros in bisman?

    Property Tax Petition

I think almost everyone feels that way but when you eliminate something and the only alternative given is ‘we’ll do it a better way’ with no specifics I think people , including myself, hesitate at that.

    Property Tax Petition

I have an open mind to eliminating property tax, but also question what the new funding formula would be. On my modest house in Bismarck, my taxes for 2022 were about: $700 to the city, 300 to the county, 300 to parks, 950 to the school. I'm not naive enough to think that I'm magically going...

    First Fawn

I've seen a good half dozen or so on my travels in the central part of the state. Does seem to be a little less deer overall though.

    Gutters

Thanks. I and others I know have used them before and seem ok. Just was wondering if there was a shining star worth an estimate out there.

    Gutters

Needing some seamless gutters on an addition I'm doing in Bismarck. Have used a couple outfits over the years but just wondering if there are any recommendations out there.

    Instead of College

Lots of good points and opinions given here, shows why this is a complex topic. I do think schools could do a better job of getting kids to sample careers instead of just taking math, science, history, english year after year. I see so many kids that just wander around school with no direction...

Have to wonder how many years it has ever happened that no one has docked at Hazleton as of April 15?

    Newbie on Missouri Bismarck

Typically see a couple boats a day pretty well beached on sandbars. Came upon an older guy in about an 18' aluminum full windshield boat a couple years ago up by heskett that was a good 30-40' up on a sandbar that was maybe 6" deep. Luckily it was around memorial day and water wasn't too cold...
