    When I went from a 30 to a 15 and reduced my rate by 1.5% my payment went up by 25%. There are plenty of simple calculators on the internet to see exactly what your new payment would be.

    They had a home split during the regular season. NDSU is the #1 and UND is the #6 so UND really has nothing to lose, they have already exceeded expectations a great deal. Would still be cool to see them make the tourney in only the second year in the Summit.

    It kind of depends what you have now. Rates have been so low for so long most people are already at really low rates. Could be a great time to go from a 30yr > 4% to a 15yr < 3% and not have much of a payment change.

    Also, I think pretty much every broker has went commission free. I have Ally and Vanguard and they are both free now. It looks like Robinhood app crashed again today, If they dont have an actual website to trade id be avoiding that like the plague.

    I first got into stocks about a year before the 2009 financial crisis. I was 25 and dumped in $5k, at the bottom it was down to like $700, I dont think i looked at my account for about a year during that, it was to depressing.

    This is the reason those fully cabbed SxS’s scare me. I’ll sacrifice some comfort for my atv that I can hop right off of. Getting trapped in a coffin while sinking sends a shiver up my spine.

    That’s straight up open water? Where is there open water right now, weird. It’s cool those sno bears technically float, but how the hell do you get that back on the ice and retrieve that? I’ve had to retrieve an atv before and even that I was just about to give up. Do sno-bears float, or not...
