    Yes it can be, the most common reason is "cattle" but these guys purposely move cattle in or leave a few in there during hunting season to be able to post it. Its complete BS and if this posted law ever goes through, we need to be beating the door down to get this changed.

    Yeah this is like the 20th moose in Bis city limits in the past 10 years, not really that big of deal, but people are dumb. With the river running through Bismarck you never quite know what creatures may wander into town at night...Moose, Lions, Elk, Mandan-ites...they are all present.
