    Like @Bfishn said, a gas auger will hold up as long as you want it too. My dads auger has to be like 20-25 years old and it still works for him, but they aren't for me. Nothing makes me smile more than hearing that gas auger roaring across the smaller lakes while I punch 3 holes with my K-drill...

    Patience! Not a way to sell it but it will be required. I had my pontoon listed on several sites for an entire summer and half of the next. Only fielded roughly 4 real inquiries about it in that timeframe, but when the right one comes they'll take it.

    I learned in the last two years I prefer a soft tip/sensitive rod combined with power pro or a zero stretch line. If the water is clear, i'll add fluoro leader. The odds of me ever fishing mono again are slim to none during open water.

    I had the Insight CTS 2 in my Cummins prior to selling. It wasn't even deleted but I loved what that thing told me about the engine, pretty phenomenal piece of electronics. If you're going to spend the money on full deletes and tunes you may as well do head studs as well.
