    Don't like blue jays at all. They're noisy, belligerent, pains that I "encourage" to leave my feeders and go elsewhere. Worst bird to have hang around while trying to bowhunt.....EVER!!! But more on the subject, we have 4 seed feeders we put out all winter along with some fruit pegs and home...

    My pooch gets a once over after each walk. When we get back to the truck we sit down and share a bottle of water and I pick out any burrs and we take a little break. I kind of like the breaks as much as the actual walks. Just nice to sit and enjoy some time afield with my dog just scratching...

    I find that in my area, large bait piles kind of work against you until the late season post rut time frame. A known steady supply of good food seems to keep the deer movement later in the evening or before daylight. I've had my best luck with about 10 lbs spread over a 10X10 area so the deer...

    Bowhunting Stand Question

    How many options for stands do you have? If you only have one stand, there is A LOT of season left to sit and stare at the ground if you burn it up. If you have options, I would let this one sit a day or two and maybe hunt another location. Good Luck!!

    Hitting the woods Saturday!

    I LOVE this weekend. Have valve stem tool......will travel!!!! Spot and Stalk is the only way to take non-residents.
