Alcohol is water soluble. The body purges itself of alcohol at roughly one oz per hour; mostly though the lungs no matter point of ingestion.

THC is fat soluble and detectable for upwards of 70 days. Per the current work standard; if it's in your system: You're compromised.

If this "legal" shit would ever work; it'd have to be predicated on Fed Regs and challenged in court

Is the accused "guilty" after pissing hot? As of now; the accused is "guilty" with booze in the lungs.

Again: One hour per shot or 80 days after smoking/etc a jay...

It's comparable to domestic crime and democrat open borders. Why facilitate more rape?
Nutjob.

Our prisons and jails are overwhelmed to the point where we are allowing people with semi-dangerous charges to walk and or very early releases. Let’s clog them up further with dangerous pot heads. Seems legit. I’m glad common sense is still around.

I am confused here..so this guy made some posts on a forum that someone felt were threatening. The person that felt threatened called the fbi. The fbi then gets a search warrant and find guns in his possesion. They drug test him amd he has thc in system..they then charge him for owning guns while on thc? So they really had zero on this guy and needed something to charge him with so they didnt look like complete fools..or am i missing something?

Wow..every American should be scared of this. Not sure what the guy said that was considered a threat but what if a person just offended someone and that person decided to try and get revenge...pretty crazy they are allowed to do this. I mean if they thought he was a threat they could have followed him 24/7 to determine it, no?
