2016- A record breaker

As this big cool off comes in this week the time has come to shut down the guide service for another year. Of course I will still play around with the kitties some but it is official over for 2016. It was a year of records. Of the five categories I keep I broke three of them and did it with two less days on the water.

Total catfish +22.3% over 2015 (all time record crushed)
Catfish over 20 pounds +39.8% over 2015 (all time record crushed)
Tagged catfish +5.6% over 2015 (all time record)
All time trips run Fell short by 4
Total cats in the boat in 1 day Fell short by 11 fish

3.08 fish/boat hour average
May of 2016 in terms of numbers and weight made it my 3rd best year.
Unofficially landed about 9.2 tons.

All in all a good year

I believe I CAN confidently say I caught over 9.2 tons of snags, but that's for a different thread.....
