I’m here to tell ya boys, shooting out the window after dark isn’t a new thing.

In the early 1960's more Jack Rabbits were shot in the dark than were shot during the day. You had to use a 22 rim fire with iron sights. That was an unpublished law back in Pembina County.

Earlier it seemed this was a hunting accident, Now it seems they don't even know who the shooter was. No idea how coyote hunting and thermal scope got the blame. Haven't heard anything on main stream news yet.

The victim‘s name is Juse Smo Lett he claims the shooters were driving a vehicle with a MEGA country flag and blaring the song God Bless the USA

I never saw a factual report that discussed thermal coyote hunters. I too was wondering where this story was originating from. Can you show me where the sheriff said it was nighttime coyote hunters?
