That's how I read it to improve your chances but not more than that with different e-mails via the rules.

Entry is limited to one entry per person, per calendar day, during the period from midnight (12:00 a.m. ET) on October 1, 2017, to 11:59 p.m. (ET) on October 23, 2017.
