Any turkey success yet?

My dad came out for some turkey hunting yesterday. Had this tom come to 15 yards the first hour of the day and the rest is history.


Then we went back to the house to get my middle kid. Well him and my dad sat in the pickup while my daughter and I went after this bird. We had the strutter decoy set up ten yards in front of us and two big toms appeared over the hill about 100 yards away. They saw the decoy and came in at a full sprint and when they got to the decoy they dropped their wings and put on a heck of a show! They were strutting and drumming. Finally I couldn't take it and filled this guy's head with BB's. My daughter loved it and can't wait to eat him tonight.

I thought this pic was pretty funny of my daughter and her grandpa. She was pretty proud.
