You live down there….. you see it daily…. Is the population high enough there to warrant “extra tags”? The times I’ve spent down there the deer numbers look really bad…..

I have been driving that area for two months almost daily early mornings and later some evenings and i have not seen shit for deer. I didnt even apply down here where i was going to draw both east and west river the deer numbers are so bad

You fellers and gals should have more luck in the future as I am done deer hunting in ND. Too much hassle and I really don't care for it anymore. I don't eat horns nor need them for clothes hangers and dust collectors but for those of you that still enjoy it..go for it....good luck to you. For many, it is a time honored tradition...holiday....but for many....access and what not...not worth it. I did find a good substitute for venison at a local grocery store, however. Ground feral wild boar. Think it was like $9.99 lb. probably cheaper than venison..minus the time and effort and FUN getting a deer. Tasty tho. At any rate, my .02 is hunting is losing popularity. Too many rules, regulations, laws. Good luck to all your fellers and gals that keep on keeping on. Im out.

I think I too have shot my last deer, just does nothing for me, and the little bit of meat I would garner was never a favorite either.

My wife got drawn for a 4C antlered mule deer tag so I finally get to be excited about a deer season this year.

Oh I have a Q? Why does it say successful pending payment? Don't they just charge you with the payment info you've already provided?

They do charge you if you were successful because you had to put payment method in initially. Do have to have either sportsman tag or general before it is applied I believe

Denied, in one of the most plentiful habitat for deer in the state, its crazy that there isnt more tags for unit 2d. Perhaps its because it hard to calculate how many deer there really are with all that tree covering, I know its probably the smallest units but come on.

I have good friends in 2d . With primo private land and they said deer , what deer ? Low populations and huge number of NR hunt 2d on archery tags cuz the state land
