Red Flag laws are the most unfounded laws we have. The removal of guns by LEO because a family member, psych., law enforcement, etc. feel there is a possible threat is crazy. Law misuse includes:
disgrunted family mbr or divorcee
uninformed or biased LEO
anyone trying to "get even" or cause problems
exagerated incident
etc.
We need to do our best to fight the implementation of Red Flag Laws at ALL levels!!
