he must be embarrassed by the back country hunter and anglers since he never once mentioned this group when he was pushing his agenda.

I don't know who this Brock fellow is or the topic?

In a nutshell, what is this about?
BrockW is the chairman of ND Backcountry Hunters and Anglers. His stance on CWD differs from a list of NDA users so when he posts, they dogpile on and accuse him of all sorts of unfounded things. Mainly the siphoning of taxpayer dollars (yet they seem to be ok with Fritz...). He blocked someone from the org's facebook page so they came here to call him out.

Long story short, they disagree on chronic wasting disease and instead of respectfully acknowledging that neither has been convinced to change their mind, they trade personal barbs here. A little exhausting..

No…. No….. thats pretty inaccurate. When a non profit org is pushing something this extreme with this many taxpayer dollars on the line as well as regulations and abuse of private property…… government agencies cant lobby…. So they buddy up to groups like BHA to lobby for them….. … and then said org will suppress and censor information that makes their narrative look weak or facts that straight out catch them in lies and half truth then yes calling them out is probably the most acceptable form of retribution possible…guess what said org has to gain from lobbying? Yep a cut of millions of dollar so they can pay 6 figure salaries for lobbying and bullshit work. Why would any group want to suppress information or censor anything that would hurt their narrative? Where else have we this tactic?are we just supposed to accept the narrative even though it’s been exposed as not even close to logical or true? What if no one questioned covid?…. 🤔 lick those boots bravo…..this entire cwd thing is a giant waste of everyone’s time and money and we should damn we’ll be pissed off swindlers like Brock are still given the time of day…….

Couldn't agree anymore, be a sheep or be a f-ing wolf.. Sadly money talks and turns people into shithead peddling assholes after they've lost touch with reality and the common sense factor of the basics (moreso they grew up in a big city with no clue on how actual real life/nature works )..
The ones you can't wait to arrive at holidays/gatherings or sit beside at an "establishment". They just know it all and have zero shame in telling ya..

Mission statement: "Making life more difficult and frustrating for the common man"

I was fine with what Brock was doing (even if I didn’t agree with it, we’re all entitled to our opinions).. until it got pushed to where it wasn’t just disagreeing it was more.

Me going to bismarck to support something I believe in isn’t any different than him doing the same, but since he has NDBHA behind his name he’s a lobbyist and I’m a ballot box biologist.

I’ve been accused multiple times of this just being about baiting and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I’ll continue to hunt and hunt pretty damn hard no matter what happens going forward no matter how I’m legally allowed and haven’t been able to bait in multiple years and it hasn’t stopped me from hunting. A root cause of this, and a lot of people know this about me, is my gripe with the big game department and others in the department on a multitude of fronts. I’ve been vocal about singing praises of the fishery and upland department, but at advisory board meetings I’ve brought up multiple topics to them for discussion and it’s almost always dismissed immediately because i don’t have some letters behind my name.

I’ve also been told I want the department dismantled and that’s simply not true. As I state above I sing praises where praises are due, but have 0 problem stating concerns shared by me and many sportsmen and this is usually just dismissed even if multiples in the crowd speak in agreement or even disagreement.

When one side is given a seat at the table with the department (not just NDBHA) and state they speak for X number of members of small town groups without actually asking what those members and clubs thoughts and stances are, that’s one big red flag for me. It’s actually why our family dropped membership to NDBA back in the day.

Same here. I came yo the conclusion it didn't really care about bow hunters, it was a good old boy club. It also started becoming political in nature by advocating for individual people at the game and fish. It was much a dictatorship.

PrairieGhost, at the end of your post 92, you forgot to throw shade at the National Rifle Association and Farm Bureau. :)

Pretty much the same interaction I've had with Brock. Disagree with one fraction, meet the ego. What's also laughable is that when I said I'd take a look at the deluge of email's he sent my way, I was told that good volunteers utilize evenings and weekends to complete their work. Him being worried about all the time people spend on here makes me wonder why at 9 a.m. on a Sunday, he would continue to force feed emails with cherry-picked data and elementary-level power points.

Brock, IF you were wanting to reach out to fellow sportsman and sway them your direction, your arrogance is only one of your many faults.

The Biden Administration was funneling Billions to non-profits. Watch the videos. Amazing. We all knew Climate Change was about more than Climate Change.

Hey DOGE, look right here: Non-profit NGO Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation
