On April 1, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., an incident occurred in the waterways of Charlotte Harbor involving an unlawful boarding and confrontation between two individuals on separate vessels. Following an investigation by the Punta Gorda Police Department, 40-year-old Brock Horner (DOB 01/08/1985) has been arrested and charged under Florida Statute 810.02(2)(A) – Burglary with Assault or Battery (non-forced entry).

What wasn't on the video is Brock admitted to grabbing the young man after he jumped on his boat

" He is recognized as 100% disabled by the Department of Veterans Affairs ", but owns a charter boat company and is on the water 300 days out of the year? compensation rate for veterans in 2025 with a 100% VA disability rating is $3,831.30. was this guy collecting benefits and running the charter business under the table ? if so another charge needs to be added.

The second that guy stepped onto the boat of the person filming the incident, he was eligible for a gaff/fish-whacker 1-2 combination.

Gaff the idjut, give him the Mortal Combat Scorpion:

"Get over here!!"

And fish-whack him.

Of course Captain Outrageous has 4-5 buddies on the boat and picked on someone didn't figure was game for the whole crew.

Lincoln, kinda...
That guy is smoking crack if he thinks ol' Brock didn't intentionally board the bro's boat. I've probably had to keep my boat (at least the boat I was in at the time) from bouncing into another boat at least a hundred times over the years. Not once have I ever stood on the higher gunwale and used my foot to push a boat away that sits lower in the water column. Just think of the physics behind that, you would have to steady yourself on one bent leg just to reach the lower boat.

Yeah, doesn't pass the sniff test. Any normal person would either sit on the gunwale to push the other boat away with their foot, or they would stay in their boats' cockpit and bend over to use their hands in keeping them from bumping into each other.

Not only that but just keep your distance to begin with and you wouldn't need to touch someone elses boat. He was looking for a confrontation. End of story.
