This has some nsfw words in it but it is great.
I want to party with him.
I don't think you need to convert. Two thirds of the planet is water, but if the oceans rise ten feet then it only floods to the ten foot elevation it only floods to the ten foot elevation. The Red River isn't one percent of North Dakota, but if it's ten feet above flood stage it covers a lot of the valley. Ten feet is ten feet. What is the conversion of 1ft of elevation how many surface feet it covers?
all cussing aside his point is totally valid. if the lending institutions really believed this crap they wouldn't be lending money today. which brings up another point. when the liberals piss and moan about the U.S. stopping payments to foreign nations just tell them they aren't going to need it anyway because global warming is going to kill em.

Now would be a good time to insert a mic drop gif
I am trying to figure out how you picked phoenix out of the blue he was taking about the south
I'll leave it. I'm still waiting for the ice age your ilk promised in the seventies. Oh wait, maybe this is it!I disagree with his reasoning. I would bet banks are taking this into account. Sea level rise is predicted for 50-100 years out well banks are lending on 20-40 year loans. Seems like a rather safe bet to me. I will just put this out there I am a biologist, a firm believer in humans impacts/manipulation on the planet. To me the climate debate is like to talking to someone who is against vaccination, they see what they want and make up their own conclusion that can not be changed, no sense arguing. That aside, listening to this guys passion had me going, yah I can see until I thought more about it. Sure ice cores have been shown that our planet was once hotter then it currently is, really there is no question of that, its more looking at the rate of change or predicted change. I have had a lot of discussion with friends and family about this topic, some support others dont. Always a fun conversation to have. I would like to think that maybe north dakota could benefit from some shifting global climate. There is no prediction that I have seen for how increased sea level, and changing ocean currents will affect the US. This could mean colder dryer conditions for us or milder wetter conditions, I hope for the latter!
Just my 2 cents, take it or leave it, not looking for any arguments
I am afraid that speakers like this make points for the other side. Sort of like Ted Nugent. He says many things I agree with, but for people sitting on the fence he comes off so poorly that they move away from his point. Likewise with this guy. Usually so much cussing is an indication of a retarded vocabulary. Reminds me of the old cliché "better to keep ones mouth closed and let people think you stupid rather than opening it and removing all doubt".
I don't buy global warming. I also don't think this guy is on our side. He is out making us look like fools.
