More people living/coming to shop in a city is more people to pay taxes = more dollars to spend.</p><p></p><p>ALL cities have the same attitude, just spend and build things, they don't look down the road on cost of upkeep and maintenance. When they hit that hurdle, they just RAISE YOUR TAXES some more to cover the cost.</p></blockquote><p></p>
