One fine afternoon in Ga, Pard and I were loading up the un-named boat in prep for a slaying at Reed Bingham. He had to get something out of his apartment and came back shaking his head in defeat and disgust.
"What's the deal man?" I asked; worried we weren't going. "I don't know why she has to be a gd bitch all the time." he replied in a deflated, sorrowful manner. "What the hell?!" said I: "She was friendly with me all damn morning." "Well, you just named the damn boat!" and off we went.
The Friendly Bitch was christened off a point with two bottles of Michelob (heavy) and to this very day I could take you over the spot where the two bottles lay. - - - Updated - - -
Salmon charter in Duluth "Happy Hooker", Huge almost ocean going rig on Lake Minnetonka (old timer at the helm, waving bikini babe on the bow "In Your Face"
That was me. I had a 1979 fish n ski Glasstron that did the job well for 6 years, but the lower unit went out 5 years ago. It needed a ton of cosmetic work, just didn't want to put any money into it. Sold it yesterday. Put a brand new 15 hp Yamaha 4 stoke on the Bath Tub 2 years ago and use it all the time. Get all kinds of looks on the water. The Bath Tub has been my back-up/small lake/ boat since the mid 90's.
I spend more time in it than in my wife.
I buy it new gifts 2 times a month.
I wait for the wife to go to bed and sneak out into the garage and get in her until the wee hours of the morning then sneak into bed.
I take her out and get her wet often.
I give her only the finest to drink.
With all the big winds she gets rode hard, and when I'm through with her and want a new model someone else can have my sloppy seconds.
