So several mock drafts conducted by ESPN, Fox Sports, SI etc.. have Wentz going number 2 to Cleveland or number 4 to Dallas. I am torn because I hate Dallas and would hate to see a kid from my hometown have his life destroyed by being drafted by Cleveland. Although I am a Viking fan, I think Wentz would do best to be drafted by a team with an older established QB to help ease him into the league. Where does everybody think he will end up?

Dallas...hopefully. Then Old Man Romo can kick rocks after a few years.

What do you do in Pensacola? I was stationed there for a bit until Hurricane Ivan decided to FSSU.

Hate on Dallas all you want but that wouldn't be a bad place for him to end up career wise. Romo's contract will be up in 2019. Dallas will be looking to the future rather than resigning him.

Agreed, and that's awesome you got to see him play there. I wrestled at their stadium one time. Definitely a bit different than the Bismarck Event Center. Man that place is a dump.

I would like to see him go to Dallas. Give him a couple years behind a decent qb and he has the chances to be a great qb. If he goes to Cleveland I see him starting for a couple years then getting traded off and never having the chance to get a start again. Clevelands team sucks all around not a good spot for a young qb no madder where they come from.

Dallas would be a perfect fit for Wentz…however Dallas always finds a way to kick themselves in the nutz…I’m sure Jerry will sign Johnny Football in free agency then hope to Wentz in second round or late first round…problem is he’ll be gone by then and picked up by some scrub team with no O-Line and want to start him the first year…basically driving his career off a steep embankment…

What do I do in Pensacola.... Mostly fish a lot. Still like to catch walleyes in ND, but mostly just to eat them, the fish in the gulf have pretty much spoiled me for any fresh water fishing. Oh, and work for the Navy as an Analyst at Corry Station.

That's why I think Pittsburgh or the Patriots should draft him.

Frisco to Dallas would be like playing for the home team. Dallas would be neat. Agree with Wags, anywhere but Cleveland. He's titty sprinkled if he ends up in Cleveland.

So what you are saying is , Dallas has to first get a decent qb to start the process ? :;:stirthepot
